Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Last reviewed: August 2026. These terms explain the basis on which VisitPK.com helps travellers plan and coordinate travel in Pakistan. By requesting or confirming services with VisitPK, you agree to these terms.

1. Traveller documents and entry requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, entry permission, vaccination evidence and any other document required for your nationality, route or travel purpose. Pakistan sets and enforces its own entry rules. Requirements can change at short notice.

2. Restricted areas, permits and NOCs

Some parts of Pakistan can require advance permission, local registration, security coordination, trekking permits or a No Objection Certificate, commonly called an NOC. Requirements may apply in sensitive, border, military, mountain or administratively restricted areas. Current government and travel advice also notes that advance permission can be required for travel in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while foreign visitors to Gilgit-Baltistan may be subject to local registration and certain trekking or mountaineering permits.

VisitPK may help facilitate locally required permissions, registrations, security coordination and NOC requests when the relevant process is available to us or to the traveller. Approval remains entirely with the competent government or local authority. We cannot guarantee that a permit, NOC, visa, corridor permission or security clearance will be issued.

3. Travel advisories and route decisions

International travellers should review the latest travel advice issued by their own government before booking and again before departure. Security conditions, road access, demonstrations, weather, border arrangements and local restrictions can change without notice. VisitPK may alter, postpone or decline a route when local conditions, official instructions or practical safety considerations make the original plan unsuitable.

4. Local laws and cultural conduct

Travellers must follow Pakistani law, immigration rules, local authority instructions and rules at religious, cultural, security and heritage sites. Visitors should respect local customs, dress requirements, photography restrictions and instructions from guides or officials. Activities that are unlawful or place travellers, staff or local communities at unreasonable risk may be refused.

5. Hotels, transport, guides and third parties

Hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and other suppliers may be independent third parties. Their own availability, cancellation rules and operating conditions can apply. VisitPK will make reasonable efforts to coordinate confirmed arrangements but is not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.

6. Itinerary changes

Mountain weather, landslides, flight cancellations, road closures, public events, security restrictions and government directions may require itinerary changes. We will try to offer a practical alternative where possible, but equivalent timing, routing or cost cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Travel insurance and health

Travellers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance, including medical treatment, evacuation, trip interruption and activities planned for the itinerary. You are responsible for assessing your own health, fitness and medical needs before travel.

8. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation charge or refund condition specific to your booking will be stated in your written quotation or booking confirmation. Supplier charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

9. Safety

VisitPK plans with local conditions in mind and can coordinate appropriate local support. No travel company can guarantee personal safety, uninterrupted travel or the absence of security incidents. Travellers must follow official instructions and use reasonable personal precautions.

10. Force majeure

VisitPK is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, conflict, civil unrest, government action, border closure, epidemic, transport disruption or communications failure.

11. Current information

For current official information, travellers should check the Pakistan Online Visa System, the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, and the latest travel advice issued by their home government. Examples include the United States Department of State and the United Kingdom FCDO.

12. Contact
